Billing Support

Logging into the billing portal

Log into the BranchCMS billing portal at https://mybranch.chargebeeportal.com.

Please note that Aptuitiv is the company behind BranchCMS and is who the billing will be processed through.

If you are setting up your billing account for the first time make sure that you update Account Information, Billing & Shipping Addresses, and Payment Methods.

You will need to use the email address associated with your billing profile. After you submit you will be emailed a temporary code to continue logging in. Or, if you have created a password already then you will be able to enter your password.

On the next screen enter the temporary pass code that was emailed to you.

Once you're logged in you will see the main billing page.

Billing account

If you are setting up your billing account for the first time make sure that you update Account Information, Billing & Shipping Addresses, and Payment Methods.

Editing your account

You can edit the primary contact information for your account by clicking on the "Account Information" link. Doing so will take you to the account billing page.

Account details

If you want to set up a password for future logins please click on "Set up a Password" and follow the prompts.

Click on your name and email to edit the contact information.

Update Billing Address

To view and update your billing address click on the "Billing & Shipping Addresses" link on the main account page.

Your billing address will show. If you don't have a billing address then you may need to add one.

Click on your address to edit it.

Update payment methods

Click on the "Payment Methods" link to add or edit your payment method. You can set up a credit/debit card or a bank account to be used for payments.

If you already have a payment method then you can click on the "Edit Payment Method" link to edit it.

If you don't have a payment method set up already then you will be shown a screen to set up your payment method.

Add credit card

You can also set up a direct debit from your bank account. Click on "Direct Debit" and then "Set up ACH". Follow the prompts to set up your bank account.
