The RFP app will enable you to post RFPs to your website and manage the vendor proposals for each RFP.

Functionality
The app will have the following functionality:
Public website
This is what people can see as they browse the public website.
- Ability to view open and closed RFPs.
- View the details for each RFP, but to download the RFP files, the user must register or log into an account with the website. The account information will include their company name, company address, name, email, phone number, username, and password. Once they are logged in, they can download the RFP documents. The system will keep track of who has downloaded the RFPs.
- Logged-in users can submit their RFP through the website. As part of their bid, they can upload one or more files, each with an optional title.
- The vendor must upload a separate document with their pricing for certain bid types.
- Bids will automatically be marked as closed once the closed date/time has passed.
- Users can edit their account information.
Administration
- Add, edit, and delete RFPs.
- RFPs will have the following information:
- Title
- Description
- Reference number
- Closing date and time
- Status
- One or more documents. Each document can have an optional title. An unlimited number of documents can be added to an RFP. They can be organized in a specific display order.
- Locked date/time - If set, then this will prevent administrators from viewing RFP submission details until the date/time has passed. Before that, they can view the name and date of a submission, but that is it.
- If the bid requires a separate price document upload.
- Any custom attributes created for an RFP.
- Filter RFPs by status.
- View and download the submitted bids for each RFP.
- View the list of vendors that have downloaded the RFP.
- Export a list of vendors that have downloaded the RFP as a CSV list.
- Export a list of vendors that have submitted a bid for an RFP as a CSV list.
- View and edit vendor account information.
